Contest Rules

1. Eligibility: The contest is open to anyone 21 years of age or older who possesses an Utokia Adventure Pack tin. Employees of Utokia, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period: The contest begins on August 1st, 2023, and ends on September 30, 2023, at midnight PST. Entries submitted after the contest period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter: Participants must upload a high-resolution photograph of the Utokia Adventure Pack tin to the official Utokia website. Only one entry per person is permitted.

4. Judging: Entries will be judged based on the extent to which they capture the theme of "Epic Expeditions" and the creative use of the Utokia Adventure Pack tin in the photograph.

5. Prizes: The first-place winner will receive one Apothecarry - High End Herb Stash Box and a the coveted Master Herbalist Card. The following ten (10) entrants will receive an unknown limited edition Utokia Trading Card.

6. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected by Utokia's internal panel. The decision of the panel will be final. Winners will be announced via email and on Utokia's official social media channels within one week of the contest end date.

7. Rights: By entering the contest, participants grant Utokia the non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide rights to reproduce, display, and distribute the submitted photographs in any media now or hereafter known for promotional purposes.

8. Liabilities and Responsibilities: Entrants agree to assume full responsibility for any personal injury or damages related to the creation and submission of their entry. Entrants represent and warrant that their submitted photographs are original works and do not infringe on the rights of any third parties.

9. Disqualification: Entries will be disqualified if they contain illegal, obscene, or inappropriate content or if they were taken in the course of illegal activities. Utokia reserves the right to disqualify any entrant in its sole discretion.

10. Privacy: By participating in this contest, entrants agree to provide their names and email addresses to Utokia. In the event of winning, a mailing address will also be required. All personal data will be handled according to Utokia's Privacy Policy and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for prize fulfillment.

11. General: Utokia reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Contest, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, human error or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest.
